Another image: Nintendo Power's "top 100 games" list from their 100th issue (August 1997) puts Zelda 2 at #36 on the list-- substantionally lower than the other three Zelda titles (Link's Awakening sits at #12, and the first game #11), and even the blurb from Nintendo's own shill rag has to mention "opinions differ on this one".
