Holy fuckign shit why is the starting mission of the Death campaign in heroes 4 so though?!

>shit undead army
>have to capture and use a shit barbarian castle
>no death magic guild
>blue just comes down and rapes all your vampires and cyclopes because he's got a shitload of genies and his heroes are not usless

seriously can someone try to beat it and give tips please?
