I've been wanting to do this hack for a while

Game: Super Street Fighter II X For Matching Service
Platform: Dreamcast
Language: Japanese

Goals
-English translation of all menus, names, and win quotes
>removal of matching service and online features from main menu
-Replacement of voice samples to match USA release aka Super Turbo. Example: change Dee Jay's "Slash!" to "Max Out!"
>customize stage and character palettes to match the Super Street Fighter II palette
>replace audio with arranged soundtrack from one of the other releases of the game
>add 240p mode option which should be attainable using code borrowed from the Dreamcast Third Strike release which has this mode.
