I leave mine at their default, middle setting (sans aperture, which I leave off.) unless a certain game seems like it could do with a bit of a brightness adjustment.
Adjusting Chroma just oversaturates the picture, which in most cases will just leave you with a blown out colors bleeding into each other; And it won't do anything at all if you're using RGB.
