That was actually with integer overscan crop, so it was integer scaled x5 and then had the remainder cut. Essentially 4 game pixels were cut off from the top side, 4 more from the bottom side, 8 from the left, etc. I don't actually play like that (prefer non-interger scaled but aspect ratio kept, so just left with 2 tiny black bars at top and bottom), just wanted the full screen used for the pic. This is what it looks like stretched using the "Full" aspect ratio btw.
