Asian here with many Chinese 240p 10-in-1 bootleg DVDs and VCDs (I do have other, high quality bootleg DVDs).

They look pretty meh compared to actual DVDs but I wanna watch them on my Samsung CRT TV in actual 240p but my DVD player upscales them to 480i with some blur added.
I could say that scanlines may worsen the presentation of 240p for film/video material but I am curious and I wanna see actual 240p video for these bootlegs so I can see for myself which is better.

How do I get actual 240p via. component for 240p DVDs in the cheapest way possible (since I don't have that much money).
