As someone with a really short attention span I disagree. Newer games are often better paced or have better controls that make people like me or OP keep interest more easily.
Mostly because this generation is made up of people with short attention span.

Don't get me wrong, I adore older games but it's just that so often a lot of them can be slow or follow DnD rules that are just not for everyone. Personally I agree with the guy who brought up Dungeon Crawlers. I'm not a huge fan of CRPGs like Baldur's Gate but I do enjoy a lot of older RPGs. Just gotta find what's your thing.

The closest thing I found was this but I don't like using an browser based one. The rest of the mapping software I found were pretty much focused on DnD and weren't comfortable to use for mapping dungeon crawlers.
