This was actually pretty cool.
I like this game and think it's a little bit underrated. It's not that bad.

All things considered, this is actually a good western platformer.

ITT: western platformers without maze-like level design.

For me it's the Super Nintendo T&J game. The spring jumping mechanic is rather unique and while some levels have sadistic design (the toys level), it's generally not that badly designed, especially for a western platformers.
Boss fights are also creative and challenging

Tom and Jerry is peak comfy. It is a kuso ge though.

While the Tom & Jerry license didn't fall in the hands of better devs/publishers, I have some nostalgia for the SNES game. Decent enough, as far as Hi-Tech Expressions shovelware go.

Tom & Jerry for SNES.
Knowing about the bouncing mechanic would have made this game a bit easier for my kid-self.

Best game from the cat and the mouse? I like the SNES one.
