i peeled away the wrestling mans to discover 4 completely pointless holes in the faceplate surrounding the joystick hole. fuck i cant paint over that. but then i remembered something i learned one day going too deep on youtube. no fucking idea how i ended up on a video about repairing chips in carbon fiber air plane propellers, but the tip came in handy. aparently if you throw baking soda on crazy glue it drys instantly and harder than it would otherwise. shit worked. plugged up those holes, sanded them down and im off to paint
