Every port of Duke3D has its pro&cons.

The N64 version has TONS of differences : new weapons including a super fun grenade launcher, tons of new details and even some new places added to levels, easy multiplayer... but sadly it has no music.

The Saturn version is a recreation of the game from scratch in a new engine. The same engine Lobotomy used for Powerslave/Exhumed. Now, instead of Duke3D's original 2.5D engine, now it's a full 3D engine with dynamic light and it all plays really smooth on Saturn which is amazing and shows what one could do with the Saturn in 3D if he knew what he was doing. The only real problem is due to the Saturn not being able to have triangle polygons, some of the architecture has been simplified and there is no slopes in the game.

The most notable thing about the PSX version is that it has a new episode. However, that episode isn't from very good at all.... I'd say it's the worse port (while N64 is the best).

Now, some people on the Duke Nukem 3D community have ported Duke Nukem 64 on PC using eduke32 and it's amazing, as close as it gets to the console version, and if you want you can even turn on the musics.
Another team has successfully ripped the maps of the new episode of the PSX port and are working on making a playable version (so it's a rip of the map from PSX to PC, not a recreation).
