Pac-Man World 2 is my favorite game of all time.
Objectively speaking, the title of best Pac-Man game would prooooobably go to Pac-Man Arrangement (1996), but World 2 is definitely high up there, as is World 1, Maze Madness, and Adventures in Time.

>Pac-Man 3D platform games
Pac-Man World is great and Pac-Man World 2 is even better. They both do a great job of reimagining Pac-Man into a platformer.
Pac 'n Roll is kind of a platformer sorf of? Regardless, it is really good. The Wii version is fine but the DS original is better.
Pac-Man World 3 is really mediocre and doesn't really feel like a Pac-Man game at all, gameplay-wise or aesthetically.
Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 1 & 2 are surprisingly good, 2 especially. You might want to turn the voices off, though.
