Sorry 'bout that.

It's Tails' Adventure for the Game Gear. Specifically, a modified version of it for the Master System that changes the colors to work better with the SMS's palette(since the GameGear uses a large one) and maps the controls to play better with console controllers(by default, it seems game gear stuff maps certain things to player 2 if being run on a Master System/Mega Drive)

tl;dr: Tails' Adventure Master System Conversion.

Was also trying to mess around with a GG Mega Man conversion, but the controls for that are still buggy.
