This game isn't really focused on traps or shemales per say, but there's a pretty old PC-98 RPG called "Sorcer Kingdom" (sic, and don't confuse it for the Genesis game called Sorcerer Kingdom etc) where one of the heroines is a Futa.

Kind of interesting...

Anyway, I don't really remember any retro games that are FOCUSED on those kind of stuff, usually it's just like a couple of scenes per game to spice things up.
