Maple gives you good stuff, she's a good witch.
Seasons is easier, I think, Ages is easy too but some of the "puzzles" are just knowing where to go (the Tokay Island and the Goron mountains), the only real struggle puzzle-wise might be the last 2 dungeons, 7 & 8, because the puzzles are stretched out over multiple rooms and you just have to figure out what pathways open up. They're more maze-ish to me than puzzles.

I'd personally play them Ages then Seasons, if you intend to play them both at the same time. I think it will be paced better. Ages will by the end feel slower, trying to figure out the last bit of the game, then Seasons will pick up the pace and be a little more actiony.
