First episode kind of feels like babby's first attempt at an episode replacement, but then Episode 2 immediately starts with a great gimmick and better visuals, then continues with more interesting levels. Very pleasantly surprised by it.

Also starts slightly weak, but picks up really fast, lot of decently creative ideas. Cool music, lot of creative encounters.

>Doom 2 The Way Id Did
Meant to be a megawad of levels with a style like they could have come from the original Doom 2, that they'd fit right in. Unfortunately, and also fortunately, it's actually overall a lot better than most of Doom 2.
No new music though, so put something on in the background if you don't find D_RUNNIN very exciting.

>Nihility: Infinite Teeth
A demo episode (starting on episode 2), for the first Doom.
It's like a partial/total conversion, lots and lots of new and neat things, using DeHacked and alpha and beta resources to make something that on one hand feels very oldschool, but on another also feels very fresh.
New weapons, new monsters, great levels, all giving up a very cool challenge with a bunch of things that'll make you go "Damn...!!!"
No music, so enjoy the silence and the intended imposing atmosphere, or put on the PSX Doom soundtrack, actually fitting rather well here.
One of my very favorites in recent years, still waiting for the other episodes.

>TNT Revilution
Ostensibly meant to feel like a sequel to Final Doom's TNT, but it really doesn't, really much at all.
On the other hand, it's *really* good and stands tall on it's own merits, having kind of its own feel and atmosphere next to the original.
