Brutal Doom v20 on Realism Mode is a new personal challenge, man. A single Imp fireball can nearly kill me, much less a Baron or Hell Knight. Even the weak zombiemen can tear me to shreds if they open fire down a room towards me. The fact that I didn't die on the first map of Plutonia alone is a miracle. Sure, it's still Brutal Doom, but instead of RIP 'N TEAR YOUR GUTS, I feel like some batshit guy in over his head against the legions of hell that are capable of killing me in a single up-close imp claw or fireball to the face.

Although it feels like those damn zombies near-always pick me off the instant I open a door, especially the hitscanners with vanilla monsters. Round a corner, shotgun to the face. Round a corner, there's four chaingunners that will kill me in a second flat if I don't duck back around that wall.
