It's really not. Play past the first level.
No one's lying. The framerate is rough and the models are very floaty - and that's an odd negative to have about a flying shooter. The presentation is just very poor. During the cutscene before the final stage, there's no music. During the credits, the song plays twice and just suddenly cuts out halfway through the second loop because the credits are over. If you try to rapidfire, the gun quickly stops shooting, like the game has run out of memory. Sometimes it takes multiple scans to paint a target.
I want my slavbros to succeed but this is a very unpolished game.
