Edge-anon could be autistic, maybe, but being unable to actually understand emotions, that's not autism, autists have emotions, and they know what emotions are, they just have trouble properly comprehending social cues, body language, facial expressions, as well as properly linking emotions and social cues to context. Most usually pick up on how to understand this to a rudimentary degree as they grow up, but unless correctly identified as autism and they actively make an effort to learn, they'll have difficulties.

This Edgeanon here, however, doesn't seem to actually understand what emotions is at all, and has figured that because he can't understand emotions, they aren't genuine. My first guess is that he's Schizotypal, based on this.

This sounds like it kind of matches, but I should stress that I'm NOT a professional, nor do I have any education in this, and neither does anyone of us here, and you should never self-diagnose, we can armchair all we want, but what Edgeanon really should do is to see a professional psychiatrist and ask them to make a diagnosis, to see if he's Schizotypal. I could be entirely wrong on my guess, all I know for certain is that he has mental/emotional problems he must try to treat.
