Buffalo SNES Controller from Amazon. It's perfect. I personally own one and get zero lag. Feels and plays exactly like an SNES gamepad.

what are your favorite controllers for emulation?

What's the best affordable controller for all-around gaming that has analog sticks? So far the best option seems like the 360 controller because of how easy it is to use four of them with just 1 usb dongle, makes it very appealing for playing multiplayer n64 and PS1 games in my living room setup. But of course the d-pad is shit.
