Every single class can do it. People have been doing it with deliberately shit builds for years just because it's something fun to do. Other people speedrun normal through hell in less than 10 hours total. Either you're doing something horrifically so far off meta it's unheard of, or you have brain aids.

It's that or you're expecting to clear through hell too quickly. What is your character, build and items so far? There's no point to you coming here crying about it if you're not gonna let us help. How much time have you farmed in nightmare? Have you made any mid level runewords? What level are you?
