Yo i've got an SD2SNES, i'm in europe. I bought it off of a dutch guy on eBay for a little less that usual price (140euro/155usd). I use it to play games on my Super Famicom.

>-Where is the best place to buy it?
If you google there's some websites that sell it, although I got mine on ebay

>-How easy/reliable is it to use?
Pretty fuckin' easy, just copy your roms to a memory card that should come with the cart and the card fits into the top of the cartridge.

>-Please tell me every possible problem you have had with it so I'm not disappointed.
SOMETIMES i have some strange issues with video output not working on certain games (only had it happen on earthbound and FF6), to fix this i just had to load up a random game and then reset my snes and play the game i wanted to. I don't know if this is a problem with my snes or SD2SNES though.
