Nah, Spencer Nilsen-sama's soundtrack is great.
Sonic Boom is also amazing.
That's not to say the japanese OST is bad though. Real patricians enjoy both.
But US Sonic CD is just mystical.

You know, the famous Sega of America in-house music composer and technician who worked on games such as Sonic CD, Ecco The Dolphin (CD version) and Congo The Movie: The Lost City of Zinj

What are your favorite tracks by him?
