What a weird scenario. It kindof sucks that all of the rides are like 15 years old and are greatly reduced in value so you can't squeeze money out of them. I like that idea a lot, actually. Makes getting money harder and basically makes your deadline shorter as you have to wait a bit before building any large rides. Ended up finishing that looping coaster on Year 2. It brought in a metric assload of money though.
Enjoyable scenario, sadly not too replayable.
