The issue is that I'm using a Memory Card that presets the networking for http://obsrv.org/index.php

The Memory card in question is this here

And I'm trying to get it to work for my PCSX2 and I have no idea what's causing a certain error I will post in the next post.
When I go into the Outbreak Network Play menu it's supposed to show two other options below the Network settings and Proxy settings but for some reason it's not working for me.
