I ran it for 6,000 iterations 3 separate times, one with the GAN weight turned up, one with the feature weight up, and one with the pixel weight up. The GAN and feature weight ones turned out pret0ty much the same. The pixel weight one (pic related) turned out worse.

I'll give it another shot in a few days, right now I want to train it on a painting dataset I found. I'll also keep this dataset around in case a new SR program comes along.

There are places online where machine learning researchers can rent GPUs (some cheap ones being https://vast.ai/ or https://vectordash.com/pricing/).). Useful if you want to train a network but don't have a GPU good enough.
