Unlikely, given that Zenith was a US brand and the PC-98 scans at 24 kHz anyway. Back then monitors used all sorts of weird connectors, and you often had to buy cables specific to your computer and monitor combination. Based on what incomplete schematics I found and my semi-educated guesses, I would start at connector E on the main board and work your way back to the RGB connector with a multimeter.
