Hmmmm, as i understand it, the four-number PVM-BVM variants (say the BVM-2000AP, or the PVM-1454) were late 80's for the former to early 90's for the latter.The latter also has the 16:9 letterboxing option for it's 4:3 size tube. I don't think there were later series with four numbers in a row, and pic related of the BVM-1911 makes me think of the PVM-1454 vintage, but with the extra key-locked tray of controls at the front.

My best guess is that you're looking at an early to mid 90's made unit, with an OSD and an HR tube (with a 900TVL resolution according to broadcaststore.com)

You'll want to confirm what inputs it takes/BKM cards it already has, or you might get stranded. In Australia, if the tube is in good condition, it'd go for about $300 on ebay.
