Why was the first 3 years of the NES so terrible? I mean look at these early "black box" games... Fucking Ice Climber? Hogan's Alley? Really? These are all fucking literal shovelware, or barely constitute even an arcade game. Arguably the ONLY good game on here is Super Mario Bros. The NES didn't actually start making actual good VIDEO GAMES like Zelda/Metroid/Kid Icarus until well over half its lifespan.
