I feel yah. The problem is that changing the weapons too much breaks the balance, and people don't like that. So keeping them as close as possible to vanilla is the way to go, but then it just feels like the same old guns but with a fresh coat of paint.

Not him, but I can't seem to get into DRLA no matter how much I try. The weapons don't feel satisfying at all, and the enemies are a bit annoying.
