Virtua Fighter 3 is a phenomenal game (in fact, every VF is amazing), but the VF3 port for Saturn was pretty bad, sadly.

It's really disappointing there has never been an arcade perfect port of VF3.

The even stages were removed because it caused some weird balance issues. VF is always first and foremost a competitive fighter.

Basically when you were on the higher ground you had an advantage because the player on the slope stayed in the air longer.

Normally that's not so bad, but on many stages it meant that at the very start of the match, one side had an advantage over the other.

VF3 is still a phenomenal game though, I love it to bits.
