Ok, found a few issues. Played in Zdoom.

#1 - The grate here is clipping into the floor

#2 - You forgot to tag the sides of this door with lower unpegged

#3 - This entire area is untextured

...and that's all I found. I like a lot of the architecture so far, but it could use some variety in terms of textures and lighting.
