If you look me up by what I namefag with here on Steam you will find me but here is a quick write up for moving your image up vertically with Arcade OSD. You want to open up Arcade OSD and the first thing you want to do is use the number 2 key to move the on screen display to your CRT and press enter on "Attach OSD to current monitor". Once your CRT is for sure attached to Arcade OSD open up the video modes list and find the correct resolution for the system you want, lets say we want to play an NES game we'll go ahead and press enter on 256x224p from the mode list and Arcade OSD should take over your whole screen like pic related. Then you'll want to hit enter on Vertical geometry and it will bring up the menu where you can change the front and back porch values to tweak the geometry. For your request if you want to raise your image vertically you will want to experiment with making the V front porch value higher as well as making the V back porch value lower, also you can change either value without necessarily having to raise or lower the other like if I were to make my front porch and my back porch 12 ln in this picture but if the two values add up to too few or too many lines you'll start recieving a broken picture and have to undo your last change so it's generally good to raise when value as you lower the other and vice versa. Add me on Steam if you'd like to ask any other questions, I only completed my setup a couple months ago so I'm still learning as well.
