What is your favorite TITLEPIC and D_INTRO ?

Just freshly smoosh'd my IWADs to include the updated SIGIL 1.2. I think I'll use Doom (Registered)'s original TITLEPIC and D_BUNNY as the main menu theme.

Let's discuss 90s vidya and the general themes surrounding them, it seemed like it was a lot of grunge, rock, metal, demons and shit.

Doom and quake are good examples of this, but I think the other important thing about all of this grunge and shit was it feels like it never took itself too seriously.

I'm bored af. Let's have a DOOM thread.

I could play DOOM on my pc, but tbh I prefer the comfort of my couch and live with the worse fr and stupid sounds on the ps3 port. Its basically the same game, right? Plus its harder to hit on the ps3 due to reasons, which Im okay with

This game is just nowhere near as good as Duke3D. It doesn't have a lot of enemies, there aren't a lot of weapons and the levels are nowhere near as intricate. Duke3D is old, but Duke3D is great to play. (Megaton Edition is another thing entirely, so don't bring it up.)

What do you think of using ZDOOM or a similar thing to play Doom? Is it close enough to the 'authentic Doom experience', or is the original the only way to go?
