Be sure to get down to playing The Lost Artifact (TR3's direct sequel expansion pack thing) as seen in >>7296138 , there's only 6 levels in total but they are much longer since it was designed around only releasing on the PC and features much more indepth secret areas. If you care about the story, you'll notice that there's no cutscenes as everything is implied in the loading screens that will probably give you less than a second to look at with even a modern hard drive, though you could probably read them by just looking at the .pix files in the directory

That part where you crawl around the vents in the RX Tech Mines to get some shotgun shells, get teased an ambush, then leaving the crawlspace to see a hulking mutant in idle shrouded in shadow underneath a spotlight at the end of the hall staring until you make a move
Alternatively, there's the scene in The Lost Artifact where you discover that Nessie was actually a robot all along, and Lara just killed it's pilot

One time in the PS1 version of TR3, some of the inventory managed to carry over from the main game into the manor, allowing you to blast the butler with various other weapons (though, since only the default pistols are properly rigged on the manor outfit, Lara had other, glitchy, means of using said weapons)
