What was the mindset behind making this game? Why were they interested in doing FPS? It was still relatively new thing, and mostly unseen on consoles. Were the developers really fascinated by Doom/Duke/Quake or something? It's honestly very impressive that the game had so many innovations and influential things to the PC space for what it is.
