My friends and I had heard that the game was out and hotfooted it to our local arcade (Laser Zone) and there it was!

Nobody knew how to any of the special attacks. I think one of my friends accidently tossed a hadoken, but couldn't repeat it.

Needless to say, we were all hooked on our first play of the game.

What sometimes blows my mind is that I've been playing Street Fighter II and it's sequels going on 23 years!
