>decide to upgrade headphones wioth amp and dac
>immediately test out classic need for speed games
>mind is blown by how much more I can hear and how the OST's come alive
>start thinking of other classics with excellent sound
>spend an entire afternoon just soaking in the sounds of games and not actually playing them
Honestly I had far too much fun catching ambient sounds and the like that really aid in immersion. My next stop will be some fps games to see how well my headphones handle the bass of a shotgun blast.
