Commodore: Racing Destruction Set

This game was one of the first I can remember that had pre-made tracks plus a track editor. You could race on any planet in the solar system and adjust settings like gravity and track surfaces. You could make jumps and also race different vehicles and modify your car for the track. Also featured 2 player split screen.

SNES: Uniracers should get a mention.
