I can't take this game seriously. My headcannon is that Capcom bought the franchise only to kill it on purpose with this game in order to destroy series competing with Resident Evil.

The best part in all that, is that Capcom had only recently acquired the Clock Tower franchise recently.

You have to remember that before that, Clock Tower was a competing franchise in one of Capcom's best selling genre.

It begs the question if they bought it only to kill it on purpose...

I genuinely can't tell if that game turned into "comedy" on purpose or not.

Sometimes I think Capcom bought the franchise only to kill it so they wouldn't have anything against THEIR horror franchises.

and yeah honestly I've always said that CT3 was Capcom buying the franchise and ruining it on purpose to bring down the competition. I mean fuck, the next game they did like CT3, they didn't even call CT. And it was better in every way.
