/vr/ - Retro Games

I didn't feel like making a thread for this, but thought maybe it had something to do with this?
I was just messing around with lttp and game genie codes. (AEA8-D4FA Walk through anything vertically.)
So I decided to see what all I could do before rescuing Zelda. As I was going around the map, and into the first three dungeons, I started noticing things on the map were different. Then this shallow path in Lake Hylia that lets you walk from the dock in the northwest, to the fairy fountain island in the middle. I haven't seen this before, and quickly googling it, didn't really see anything mentioning it? Is this widely known? Was thinking maybe the parts that were different were leftovers from an earlier build, if not a very late one?
