And I don't mind gadgets so much, but I mind when I'm forced to rely on them when I could be using the minigun, or the rocket launcher, or the grenade launcher. The black hole effect is impressive, so's the bullet time effect, etc. But every single time I use them, I know I'm using them because I'm short on ammo, or I simply don't have the weapons that would make the encounter easier. There're rumblings on the Steam forums about NG+, so if that goes through, and it means weapons never get taken away, it'll be a 10/10 video game for me.
