I have many questions about why Retroid's customer service is mainly enacted on Discord. Regardless I begged for a replacement screen and they will send me one. I hope it's a full-frontal shell replacement like the other systems and not this whole snake nest thing going on underneath the motherboard that I'll have to lay all down again myself.
