I picked up this guy at the thrift store a couple months ago. All I know is that Famicom games fit in the cartridge slot, but they won't play because the system is PAL (and I found it in California for some reason).

Blank screen. You have to turn it off and then back on. Kind of boring.

Has anyone seen this one before? I found it at a thrift store in California, but it's definitely a PAL system. I haven't been able to find any information on it yet.
