The grip itself has a good shape/size, it's just that the controls on the left side are at a bad angle that makes operating them difficult for me. The D-pad also doesn't have good feedback on diagonals, so it's hard to feel the exact direction being pressed with my thumb, which is made worse by the first problem.

Am I just holding it wrong or something? Pic related is how it rests in my hands during play.
