Yeah back in 1999 the novelty of playing a game online with thousands of real people is one of those things you either experienced first hand or didnt. Me and a group of friends started with EQ in high school and bounced around from DAOC to Anarchy Online. By the time WoW came around we were pretty much burned out on the whole thing. But I'll be damned if that original midi EQ music doesn't trigger some feels
