I know you're being sarcastic, but the model 1 Mega Drive is the nicest looking console of all time. Model 1 Genesis is also nice, but not as subtle.

Followed by the SFC and NES.

Hey guys, I just picked up a Sega Mega Drive model 1 with some AV issue.

Sound through the headphones works fine. If I switch between 50/60hz with a switch I installed, I can see the change in frequencies on my screen. I'm using a SCART cable with C-sync, and before that I tried a cheap SCART RGB that I thought was broken.

The issue is that the screen is just black. No picture, I can hear sanic hedgehog but I can't see shit. I've looked under the board, the connections to the AV look alright, no caps I can see look blown.

Any ideas?
