So I found my old Game Gear today. The problems...

>It's been in a hot/cold attic for about 5 or 6 years
>the rear battery covers are missing
>when I turn it on (plugged in) only the red light comes on, nothing else happens

I have a Japanese Game Gear, but no AC adapter for it. Since there are about a dozen goddamn Sega AC adapters out there, which one would work with it? I think I read somewhere that a Master System one works, but I have no idea.

Also Game Gear general, I guess.

I finally got myself a game gear emulator. What games are worth playing?

When I was about 5, I had a game gear, and I'm trying to find a game I used to play.
From what I can barely remember, it was a game in which burglars try to steal stuff from your house, it was kind of a top down view.
I think you could set traps, like traps that would zap them and shit...
I cant remember anymore... I do have a mental image of the game in my mind but its hardly anything. halp.
