this is what i paid $35 for a few years ago. you can't tell from the picture but there is a mild scuff on the left side (was that way when i got it)

reason most ngpc games are loose is because when snk got bought out the remaining games and systems got gutted and repackaged around 2003 without their boxes or manuals so finding one with a box and manual is pure gold.

if you don't mind loose most ngpc games can be bought for cheap and generally are quite fun to play, especially the fighters like "gals fighters"
