Honestly that ring is pretty eh, I guess it really depends on your current fcr/res. I usually save up about 15 Pamethysts and craft a whole batch of high ilvl rings/ammys. Obviously use it if that's the best you have. Keep picking up rare (yellow) rings, ammys, gloves, belts and boots.
