There's a bit.
Found out last night in particular that they used the unpatched version of Banjo-Kazooie which still includes the 'bottles bonus bug'. Now i'm unable to collect the 900 notes to complete my 100% run of the game and I've no interest in redoing it at this time or the foreseeable future.

I'd definitely recommend it but would add that if you're patient, wait a month for the game to be patched up. As a bonus they used the originals of some games (such as Conkers and not the Live 'n' Reloaded abomination) and included all the extra DLC for the XBLA versions which warrants a buy.
